Note that it specifies "follow-type" minions. In order to get the achievement and title, the minions you collect must have "Behavior: Obedient" listed as seen on Wind-Up Cursor, Wind-Up Airship, Gravel Golem, Mammet #001 and so on. Behavior: Independent or Stationary will not count.
