Whups, I fucked up on that 6 month old comment! It's not available from anyone's FC house merchant... there's a merchant in the housing ZONE called 'Material Supplier' which sells it. If it was available from the merchant inside your house, it would be shown as (Player Housing). Editing my post to fix that snafu
