To add on to the strategy Rain mentioned, Stoneskin and the like isn't necessarily needed. If you swap Eos to Obey and just use her to heal the bajeezus out of the NPC while you spam Ruin 2 on the adds, you should be good. You'll have to swap targets efficiently, but it works.
