Those are actually animations/textures. These are quite literally just pictures or icons. It's a lot easier to have pictures/icons up than animations.
If people could get a good, clean screenshot of each of the different markers that enemies can do, we can easily crop it down and put those up. But getting them from the dats would require more software than what is currently available to us :(
