Do you see the little picture with a green + mark next to the word 'Gallery'? Click that, and it'll take you to an upload page :) Upload it, come back here and either hit refresh on your browser, or 'Rebuild Lists' underneath the icons showing whether this item can be converted, dyed, etc, and the picture should appear!
