Heavensward messed up the above lists. You do not get lights from anything Heavensward related. This means no lights from doing:
1: Expert Roulette(because expert is fractal and neverreap);
2: Frontlines is a bit messed up. You can get lights if you happen to land on Borderlands, but odds are you will get Seal Rock instead(which gives no lights)
3: Trials work so long as you do not land on Bismark or Ravana
4: High Level is all over the place- Dungeons that were considered expert dungeons during the time this quest was released will give brilliant, all others will give bright.
5: And finally it is important to note that 'Undersized Parties' are inelgible for lights.
