Step 3: Coming into its Own. Instead of having to get 20 of each Unidentifiable, it's now 10, and the cost in tomes/tokens has been drastically cut. The crafted items no longer have to be HQ, and they can be bought with Grand Company seals instead of paying through the nose on the Market Boards.
