Incorrect. Interact with Auriana, select either "Allagan Tomestones of Poetics (DoW)" or "Allagan Tomestones of Poetics (DoM)". Select the 'Others' tab inside either of those options and look at what she offers.

The (Soldiery) token is sold in the "Allagan Tomestones of Poetics (Other)" -> Others section. The poetics one is in other dialogue choices.
