Click the 'way of the gladiator' link in this page, then click her name on that page to take you to her specific NPC page. :) Her location is shown there. But.. basically, she's the guildmaster of the Gladiator guild. Look on the map in Ul'dah and head there. It's in the Steps of Thal, west side of the map.
