Are you sure you're on your Botanist class? I just went there on mine, and there are little feathers showing up northwest of the Aetheryte, with these apples appearing on nodes around 15-28.. If you're https://uploads.disquscdn.com/... on your miner by accident, they won't show on the minimap :)
