disagree. You can only access nodes that have an item who's level is equal to your level. Not every node has a full range of items from 4 levels below up to it's level. You can only get this node at 31 because it has flax on it, and flax is level 31. Some nodes lowest is 32 for example, and despite it being a level 35 node, you can only access it at 32 when the level 32 item opens up to you.
