Sorry for the necro, and I know it's not really necessary, but because of this issue and the misunderstanding people may have, you might consider changing the Requires field to Chocobo Whistle (I Believe I Can Fly) to fit the Movement field format of Terrestrial (Flying). This may help with some of the confusion, as it assigns Chocobo Whistle to Terrestrial, and I Believe I Can Fly to Flying.
