We update to the new areas and information when we can :\ We're people not robots (bots would certainly make editing a little easier!), and if something is done on a class that one of the main editors doesn't play, sometimes it can take a little while to get to it... which is why we ask the community to contribute when they can! :D It's a WIKI after all, its meant (and made) to let anybody edit pages..
I updated the location for this NPC a month ago, shortly after doragon mentioned that the starting location was wrong.. Let us know in the comments if you find anything else wrong! (Something not being filled out is something else entirely.. >.> I'm getting to all the pages that I can! But I'm only one man D:)
