Use all of your class's abilities and cross-class abilities as best you can. Maybe bring along a Chocobo Companion to help out if it gets a little too rough for you. This quest was too long ago for me to remember exactly how I did it, but the usual 'take care of the healer first then get the rest' strategy applies to 99% of the fights in this game.
