Take the Airship from the bottom level of the Adventurers' Guild (Carline Canopy) in New Gridania. The Main Scenario Quests a while ago (level 15) sent you to Ul'dah and Limsa Lominsa to complete them. Just go down to the bottom level there and talk to the Airship ticketer and head to Ul'dah!
