Go stand in the spot where you get this item, open up your in-game map and see where the game says you are :) should be in the upper left corner..
It's the Upper Paths. The Upper Paths has a small section that goes towards Quarrymil (it's stupid, I've had told about 30 people about how bad SE is with how they design the subzones inside the South Shroud.) Go to http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/w... and hover your mouse over the map where this item comes from, you'll see that it's Upper Paths.
