This actual page hasn't been updated in a while, but we don't really need to update it a lot :) It automatically grabs the skills/traits/abilities/etc, so we just add those and they appear here without needing to edit this page.
For your request.. I get what you mean :) You want the *FULL* description of what each ability does, similar to how it shows up in-game, to appear in the list up above. I'll mention it to the main admin and see if we can do that, but I don't know how hard it would be to do that and make it look good, as it's outside my own realm of expertise.
