I would imagine not, as there's "normal weather" occuring underneath the special weather (which can be seen on places like Garland's Skywatcher http://www.garlandtools.org/db... .. it's just that they're all being temporarily overridden with the Snow weather. It *should* still be possible to get the sightseeing lots that are in towns, assuming that the invisible weather lines up with the conditions needed for the SS log.. but noone's bothered to test because there are so few holidays that override the weather in towns. (In fact, I think that Starlight Celebration is the only one o.O)
