EDIT: Just went and checked the Calamity Salvager, they don't offer this back to you. So no :( There's no way to get this back. There are 2 quests it can come from, so you might try doing the other one! The level 5 rogue quest, and the level 5 archer quest.
Unless you get supremely lucky with Quick Ventures from your retainer..
EDIT2: You *might* try submitting a ticket to a GM if you *REALLY* want it back. They may be able to help.
