Somewhere on the site (I can't find the page right now..) I had a bunch of those icons listed :(
The difference between Blue and Gold was hous icons is basically privacy! One (I think blue..) means its open to the public, and the other is for houses which were closed to people not in the FC/married to the person with the house/etc.
