You don't have to have a daily reward for the quest "Seeking Inspiration". As in, you can do the Leveling roulette 3 times in one day and get your weekly 10 Singing Clusters

Be sure to unequip weapon to finish the quest. Obtain treated sand and combine that with Umbrite to forge your weapon.

Talking to Blamprest will give you the ability to collect Singing Clusters from a quest "Cut from a Different Cloth (npc Angelet), or "Seeking Inspiration (npc Amephelice)

complete this duty and the cloth will be given to you when you exit. Trade Angelet the cloth for singing cluster.

about the only thing i found in those locations were yellow mineral deposits which yielded Dravanian Spring Water, Fire Crystal, Raw Tiger's Eye and Raw Agate - no Dark Chestnut Branch.
