Making a post here to clarify that it does NOT require Blizzard, as I just had it spawn during the Snow weather

Feel free to make this item and sell it for what you believe to be a reasonable price :) That's the only way you're going to combat that kind of behavior. SE has too many other things going on for them to try to control the gil economy by putting hard caps on what people can sell an item for based off of a perceived 'worth'.
so uh.. how do you get it to show the temporary emotes again?
I can't find the level 50 mining node in Middle La Noscea...? Does it even exist? ahah
For anyone who had trouble finding this like me it's near the aftercastle port
he actually plays Prelude or something when you ride
Moody Moogle: There's nothing in here but
a bunch of bones and fur!
Where could my friend be?

Whups, added! Had a brain fart and forgot to add his music in when they finally fixed it.. thanks :D
They should take over your primary action bar. If you're on PS3/PS4, I'd imagine it takes over the XHB instead.
Or they also appear on the 'Pet' hotbar
Looked online to get more insight as to what the tooltip means by uncovering hiddne fish, and the best answer I could find yet was by a user called msquiltalot on reddit:
"It appears that once you have acquired the Lore book for a region, Fish Eye needs to be used to actually see the fish as it is "hidden". I had to use it at Clearpool in Coerthas West to see the Capelin.
At Halo (the Magma Pool near the entrance to Sohm Al), Fish Eye is necessary to see the Legendary fish there: the Lavalord. I found I was able to catch all the other fish there without Fish Eye at level 60. BTW, you might want to leave SNAG off here as you will catch lots of Magma Tree with it on - although it may have some purpose in the future, it serves none at the moment."
Confirmed received from Iron-trimmed Sack from Palace of the Dead floor 50-60.
font no longer works here
For those of you doing this years later, like me, to upgrade from this to the Zodiak you need for the next quest click on the furnace and trade for 3 Thavnarian mists and the i80 weapon.
I'm not sure about the Kinna Arms, because I had not cleared the 100th floor before getting them. I guess I had the aetherpool arms at +60 when the arms changed in the middle of an instance (maybe in floors 81-90, can't remember exactly).
:( You're right, the downloadable font is finally gone.. Darn. I managed to find a mirror of it on another website, Dachatoum, so I edited the above page to have links to that and their rehosting of the .tff file of the original font released by Tristis.. and I'll see what I can do about having us host the .tff file itself. Hopefully we can!
'For the confusion about the abilities 'Precision Hookset' and 'Powerful Hookset', let me clarify this for you. I was wondering what the differences between these 2 abilities as their tooltips reads the same thing, but one cost a bit more than the other.
This may have been a little more obvious for Playstation users as fishing vibrates your controller. Once for a weaker fish and twice for a stronger fish. When you have patience active, you want to use precision when there is 1 vibration and powerful when there is 2.
However, on the PC, you must use the visual and audio cues to know which one to use. It is recommended to turn the volume of your "Sound Effects" as high as you can. Weak fish will make a brief stretch noise to your rod, but big fish will have a stretch noise that is prolonged. Test it out a few times and you will notice the difference. The visual cues are similar in subtlety and will be noticeable after you focus on the difference.
TLDR: Use precise hookset for 1 vibration (PS controller), short squeaking noise, light tugging.
Use powerful hookset for 2 vibrations (PS controller), 2-part stretched squeaking noise, vigorous tugs.

u can get this emote, if u buy the Odin Statue (real Statue), there is a code with it, thats the Emote.
Your arms in the dungeon will change from Padjali to Kinna the VERY INSTANT you hit +60 Aetherpool Arm, but it's just a visual effect. Clearing floor 100 is required for the version you take outside of the dungeon, and costs +60/+60
I've had the most luck at the Exploratory Ice Hole with the topwater frog lure. Even at 44 I'm fishing them up with almost every cast. Out of about 80 casts I've lost three and had three be other fish. So that's pretty sweet. Thanks :)
