This was the most retarded thing I have ever experienced in my 30 years of gaming. First off they do not provide the time of day in game on the UI. Its just some Sun going around the mini-map that I guess you are supposed to interpret. Secondly, putting both a weather and time restriction on viewing something really kills any type of Majestic feeling for the locations, and makes it about as fun as getting shot in the face. This could've been a epic way for players to enjoy the world of Eorzea but instead they took a steaming dump on it and turned it into another time sink non-since that makes me hate myself for even unlocking it.

If you are new to healing as I was when I first did this Heist it is a real eye opener for the challenges you will face as a healer. Not sure if this is normal but in my run the vile seed-kin focused on me as the healer to launch its poison attacks so you have to be very aware of your surroundings or this Heist can go south fast. The poison eats away at your parties HP fast, and if you are not paying attention can wipe a group quickly. I would suggest taking in some strong HP bottles, and make sure you use Esuna on yourself as fast as you can to remove the poison so that you can quickly heal then cast Esuna as well on your team to limit the amount of HP loss. As challenging as this Heist can be it is very rewarding as a first time healer if your team completes it with a KO, and no deaths. You will have taken your first step towards dealing with some of the epic challenges you face ahead.

You got a better chance of winning the Golden Saucer lottery every Saturday for a year before this full set drops for you. At the time of this writing we've done Blayflox 39 times. We've gotten Calvary Chest so much nobody can even roll on it anymore. Tried every combination of party to change up the random loot drops and its Dejavu every time. I thought Word of Warcraft loot drops were bad but at least with WoW you could skip a boss fight and just kill the one you wanted most the time. The fact this Battlemage set 3 years now has been consistently an drop issue is kind of ridiculous. I'd support just removing random loot all together, just rewarding each person 1 piece of armor needed for the class they are running with over this madness. Really defies all logic.

I agree :\ Trying to get the one specific piece of gear you need for glamouring can be a GIGANTIC pain in the dick sometimes.. they really need to like, double the number of chests that drop when you run something Unsync'd or something.. that would at least help a little.

Same question as the other poster. Seems some days it pops after ever other fate, then other days you could do every fate in Eastern Thanalan two or three times without it popping. Just not really fun waiting around for random spawning for a quest to be completed. Wish they would stop that.

Gotta say the worst part about the Zodiac Books are these awful fates. Causing players to wait around for something to spawn is incredibly counter productive.

Things Are Getting Sirius is NOT from "storm flyer at the airship landing." but instead its from Maelstrom officer named Trachaeret near Mealstrom Grand Company In Aftercastle. Source: https://youtu.be/x5yFTmpNXZc?t... please fix it

Please re-read the objectives. You do not talk to the "storm flyer at the airship landing" in order to receive this quest. After you get the quest, the first thing you need to do is talk to the storm flyer. It's an objective that is part of doing this quest.

This quest comes from an NPC called 'Trachraet' at 'Maelstrom Command', which is the Maelstrom Grand Company Headquarters. Please look in the upper right corner of the quest box we have, where it says "Issuing NPC:". That's the NPC that gives this quest to you :)

Here's a picture with a red box showing you the information that's been here for over a year.

Even on a level 40 archer, it is slaughtering me. Kiting is difficult, because of having to sync down to that level, and constant movement means all of the landscape mobs - and respawns if you've already killed them - are aggro'd on you or your chocobo. Very difficult to solo. Definitely need to put a shout out in that zone, and get a group to help.

Where are these icons located within the dats? I'm looking for the category icons displayed in the armoury chest menu in-game and I can't seem to find them listed anywhere.
