Hrm, good question. If i had to guess, I would say from Desynthing Dreadwyrm items.. but that's just purely guesswork on my part. I can't find any info around the internet showing where these things from, so I can't confirm anything D:

“You can sense something swimming below, but are uncertain where.” That means that it is a legendary fishing hole, and you need Gulleye to be able to fish there. Gulleye I lets you fish in holes up to level 15, Gulleye II is up to level 35, and Gulleye III takes it up to level 50. Note: You get them at the corresponding levels (15, 35, 50).

it used to be Monk .. which was even more stupid.. but i never would have loved monk had i not been forced to take it to 15 for my Black mage Soul Stone. silly vanilla XIV

dunno if its legit, but i caught more during cloudy weather than any other. maybe it was just good RNG

It's still valuable on stuff like orchestron rolls, which are stupid hard with minimum required gear.

Waited a long time for the FATE to spawn. Only spawned then the weather changed to blizzard conditions. Might require specific weather to spawn.

Is it possible to unlock this and other primal hard mode quests after the Scions move from the Waking Sands to Mor Dhona?
