Had a heck of a time finding these little guys. They are a hidden item in the mining nodes in Sagolii Desert at (x:26, y:40.6). They don't always appear but I would recommend grabbing them whenever they pop up and mine Mithril or Lightning Shards while searching for these beauties.

The section is laid out just fine, any comprehension problems are on your end. If anything, the "how to acquire" section could be removed entirely since it's redundant with the item links.

He's like Odin. A multiple-day cooldown, and then another multi-day window during which he can randomly spawn at any time.
There's no way to narrow it down other than 'once or twice a week he spawns' :\
