This NPC can be a little tricky to find, please make sure you're at the right NPC before you say it doesn't exist. Click over to our page for them (http://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/w... ) and see the other items they sell (it's all food stuffs.) If you're looking at the Armor or Weapon NPC, they're not going to have this listed because it's a different NPC..
The one called 'Shopkeep' who also sells Grape Juice, and other food items. X13-Y24. Go south of the Aetheryte, inside the building, down some stairs to the bar, and she's there.
