I don't see them listed here, that might be a cache issue :( The DRK can only use cross-class abilities from MRD and GLD.
(Try ths 'Rebuild Lists' link underneath the top box, above the first table that lists the actions you learn as a Dark Knight, if you encounter something like this again.. that'll rebuild the cache!)
