I believe it's an oversight on SE's part. It's either a typo,( a mix-up of numbers,) or they put in a lower number in preparation for a nerf way down the line.
All of the Unspoiled nodes have this wrong info, and they all probably should be reported as a bug to SE, but their forums are horrible :(
