The Northern Thanalan nodes both seem to have Unaspected Crystal, not Dark Matter cluster as listed on this page.Or it seems more likely that the two items share the spot and are randomly chosen.

RNG is Random.For the ARR relic chain, it took me 56 runs of Brayflox (hard) in order to get my one dungeon drop.. I then got the next 4 one after the other.Soo.. just keep going! It'll drop...
