I just spammed Navel (HM) in bonus yesterday night and reached approximately to 1000 light points. I guess 1-2 more days and I am done in a total of 3-4 days. So, I guess it doesn't take that long.

The lower lvl wyverns have a nice farming "circle" located approx at x:9 y:36 if you look for a spot to be able to kill them one by one in a neverending chain if you kill the earth spirits on the way...

I only killed like 2-3 mobs at the very beginning, then I just ran and ran away. I was a level 50 BLM so I wasn't uber powerful with heals or tanking..
