Your info is not full. There is Titanium Nigget in BSM's collectibles (56 lvl) too. Exactly as in ARM's collectibles.
Just lvled up my BSM from 56 to 60 with ~80 nuggets as I did with ARM.

No, dungeons cannot drop this.

Page says it's non-desynthesizable but lists under "Uses" that it can be desynthesized.

I accidentily abandoned relic for paladin, and currently have no quest, and cannot find where to pick it up again. however I was still able to upgrade to novus. Any explanation for this?

Coordinates Confirmed (12,27) found multiple Giants there.

Found multiple Hippogryphs at (27,10). Killing them in the Fate counts as well.

Found Secutors at (12,12) you might need to wait a little for re spawn.

Coordinates appear to be correct (21,19)

Confirming Coordinates (28,16). found multiple condors there.

Found a lot of Saplings at (23,14)

Found them at (25,21) even tho hunting log says bluefog, teleport to Ceruleum Plant it is closer from there.

Well as far as mining is concerned they're different areas because they have different items, therefore this was helpful you nitpicky little kitten.
