FINAL FANTASY XIV at Gamer Escape

Confirmed caught almost exclusively these with a Steel Jig at (x10.8, y7.0).

Is there any point to going to level 8 with the tribes?
I cant see any new items or reason for anything after sworn?

I've tried to solo Lazy Laurence a couple of times as an arcanist (first time I was only ~27, the second I didn't have the summoner soul and my chocobo made a poor tank on its own); I held my own, but I couldn't outpace the timer, even though I never stopped casting for even a moment

The second time was far more successful as I had a chocobo to add to the damage, even getting Laurence down to 10% health before the time ran out. The extra wave of adds it summoned at low health really made juggling damage and healing a mess though, which is especially a problem when damage is how I got the MP to heal with.

Why is Test HW Region tied to Othard with Othard being on the complete other side of Hydaelyn?

Lv20 Lush Vegetation Patch (blue node), rare find around x32.7 - y29.5.
Found two nodes around 4:45pm PST / 7:45 EST, also here are Lalafellin Lentil, paprika, Ice shards, Island seedling

"Test" means it's a test area. It's not an actual area in the game. It has no geographical location.

I've deleted it since we (apparently) forgot it even existed!

"UnknownOthardRegion" has an unknown name, so it stays for now.

Don't you think, rather, that The Echo is used for French because they are fiercely secularist, and for English because many Americans are freaky about anything (polytheist/panentheist/pantheist or) mystical in their games (e.g. Hasbro changing Dieties and Demigods in old D&D).

The connotations of the Japanese/German terms are theological and deeply mystical, and the implication is that these people are directly communing with diety and God-touched, blessed above other mortals. Something we talk about in lore but don't address directly as though it had weight.

One might think it's just something that's become standard for those markets, to avoid their sensitivities. Really, laying it on lore is not sensible. It's marketing, or the Japanese and Germans (where it isn't offensive) wouldn't have it as the original, and then have it changed in other markets.

I wanted to say that the 0 key on the number pad only, did not work it simply cycled through the NPC's. However I found clicking on the actual name of the Blade of Light, the tag in other words, was how to target it. So , Holla! Success!

No problem, I figured it out.

Riddles worthy of Bilbo Baggins himself. You only get 1 riddle in each category to solve. Not sure what this is dependant of. Riddle nb 4 I still dont get lol. For riddle 1 you need to talk to a boy (I did) and not click a location.

You get one extra minion per beast tribe for the ARR ones, and extra exp for Heavensward tribes.

Need to get around to adding those mobs one of these days...
